Frequently asked questions

Which countries do you cover?

We cover 21 countries today; collection and payout methods are confirmed at onboarding. Latin America: Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Bolivia, Brazil. Africa: Morocco, Côte d’Ivoire, Ghana, Nigeria, Egypt, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, South Africa. Asia: Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines.

What if the country I need isn’t listed?

Tell us where your customers are. We assess new countries and prioritise them by merchant demand.

Why settle in USDT?

Settling 21 countries and 21 currencies in USDT simplifies reconciliation and needs only one confirmed address. Each settlement records the amount, rate and transaction ID.

Will I need technical help?

For collections, your website or app needs to be connected once, usually by your developer or web agency following our guide. Payouts from the dashboard need no setup at all. After that, collections, payouts, reconciliation and settlement are all handled in the dashboard.

How is pricing set?

Rates are set per currency and payment method, typically a percentage of each transaction and sometimes a fixed fee per transaction. We agree them with you before go-live, and every order shows the fees charged.

How do you reduce the risk of misdirected funds?

Payouts can be sent only from systems you have authorised or from your dashboard, and every dashboard payout needs a two-step code. Settlements go only to addresses you have confirmed, and changing an address requires reconfirmation and a 24-hour waiting period. Two-step verification is also available at sign-in.

Can I just send payouts from the dashboard, with no technical setup?

Yes. Enter the recipient and amount in the dashboard and confirm with your two-step code (two-step verification must be set up first). Collections need your website connected once; our ready-made payment page is the simplest way to do it.

Can I export reports?

Yes. The daily report summarises collection and payout counts, amounts and fees by date and currency, and can be exported as a CSV file that opens in Excel. The ledger can be filtered by type and date.

What happens to funds if a payout fails?

Payouts that ultimately fail are returned to your balance. The ledger records the return, and the order shows why the payout failed.
